I have utilized multiple card certification / physician companies over the years and i have to say that Nugg has this totally figured out. Fully supported, real time, comprehensive process that made the whole experience simple, straight forward and efficient. The team and the physician were thoughtful and professional and the cert was turned around in mere minutes. Great service, head and shoulders above the rest. Watch out for other fly by night companies in this space.

I thought it was going to be a much more of a lengthy experience. It ended up taking less that 15 min. He was professional and knew the pain I was feeling. I'm thankful for NuggMD.

Nuggmd works great took me 10 minutes or less to complete everything and 5min on the phone with the doctor an I was approved very easy and they answer all and any questions you may have

I got my card within 48 hours as promised. The process was mostly straightforward and easy. I say 'mostly' because I paid for the 2-year plan but my state says I must reapply once a year. I have a year to figure out how to do that. It's probably easy but it would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that, I'm good.

Was fast and easy only problem I have is when I try to get on my profile saying username or password was wrong and I saved it in my phone and I can't access it

have been using for past 3-4 years great service and awesome doctors that dontREMOVEDthrough and actually ask real questions. and they approve or disapprove. very professional and i appreciate that with many misinformation and disinformation sites and people pushing things it becomes harder to find reliable sources. thank god for nugg md because they are reliable and affordable and great service. even available across many states and provides good information about what is provided with a medical recommendation.

So quick & easy! Fill out a short questionnaire, upload photo ID, talk with Dr via video chat or phone, they verify with you verbally the health reasons you are seeking a card, ask about if you've stolen to your Dr about it, they then explain the dispensary pharmacists are a valuable resource for first time visitors. I was approved simply and efficiently. Very much would recommend. There is a short waiting period for your credentials [within 24hrs] to come via email. That's not a big deal though. ???????-a pregnant mama-

Using NuggMD was a great decision. I had been putting off getting my med card since moving toREMOVEDbecause I'm very rural and there are few Doctors providing the service, none of them near me. NuggMD made the process incredibly easy. I clicked on the link expecting to make an appointment for another day (this was a Sunday afternoon) but within a few minutes I was meeting with an MD over a telehealth consultation. After the consultation the doc filled out my paperwork, explained what I needed to do on my end, and boom! Quick, friendly, painless; what more could you want. If anyone else is considering using NuggMD, I would tell them to go for it. I'm a happy customer and will use them again when it's time to renew.

Not only is it easy to in put all your records for the doctor to go over but there is also representatives to tex and help you with any questions you may have before and after while waiting for a doctor. I've been going to this site for 4 years now I had a different doctor this time but he was as helpful easy to talk to understanding gave great advise as well to try to help with my medical issues. I know alot of people are skeptical but I trust nuggmd and there doctors .
