What are the requirements to get a medical marijuana card in Kentucky? ›
To qualify, you must: be a permanent Kentucky resident, not have a disqualifying criminal offense, be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition by a licensed Kentucky practitioner, be entered into the patient and caregiver registry by your practitioner, and obtain a Registry ID card.
What conditions qualify for a medical marijuana card in Kentucky? ›
Qualifying conditions include: any type or form of cancer regardless of stage, chronic or debilitating pain, epilepsy or seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis/muscle spasms/spasticity, chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome resistant to conventional treatments, PTSD, and any other medical condition or disease determined by the Kentucky Center for Cannabis.
